Whats wrong with my ebike kit?

Step1, Checking the voltage of the battery, the 36V battery would shows about 41 volt, and the 48V battery would shows about 50~52 volt;
Step2, Checking the connector between controller and On/Off switch part (usually the throttle or LCD monitor), check if the pins of male plug side has been crooked.
If above 2 has been checked and looks ok, then should consider it's the issue about controller or (and) throttle been broken or burnt out.
