Shipping & Delivery
1. We ship to Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France for free postage. All items will be dispatched within 48 hours (exclude weekends and public holidays, special circumstances will be listed clear in the listing or informed by messages/e-mails).
2. The shipping is out of our control. Please kindly inform us if you have waited for long time without receiving the parcel. Once the parcel was confirmed as lost by the post office/couriers after 15working days waiting, a new item will be sent out or full refund will be provided.
3. If buyer provided wrong address and the parcel returned to sender at last, buyer should pay for the shipping fee to resend the item to the new address. or we will only refund 90% of the item price for free shipping items, item price refund for the item that come with shipping if you need refund.
4.Please note that P.O. Box address is NOT supported for most of the items; We recommend that you leave us with your physical address.
Returns & Replacements
1.This item comes with 90 Days Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of customers purchased it. Special circumstances will be listed clearly in the listing.

2. The warranty applies only to the original product and it is not extended for replacements.All light bulbs belong to Photo Equipments Kit, Aquarium Lighting Kit, Magnifying Lamp and other items with high attrition rate comes with 30 Days Manufacturer Warranty.
3. Please do check everything carefully after you received the parcel, any the damage except DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) would not be covered if it's your fault.
4.If your item has been damaged in transit or become faulty in warranty period, please email us with pictures or video to show the problem.
5. All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty such as battery, earphone, cable, carry bag and so on.
